Stamford Village Apartments
Stamford Village Apartments are in a beautiful brick building located in the middle of the Village of Stamford and provides safe affordable housing to senior citizens 60 years of age or older.
We have one- or two- bedroom apartments which include a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Each apartment has a large walk-in pantry for added storage, a large bathroom with tub-showers with safety grab bars, and ample closet space.
We are close to the supermarket and convenient to the post office, pharmacy, bank, churches, public library, and restaurants. Our apartments adjoin a Village Park and a seasonal swimming pool, which is open to the public.
There is a full porch facing Main Street with comfortable rocking chairs. Ample parking is available. Other amenities include an air-conditioned community room, an exercise room, library, and on-site coin-operated laundry facility. The building has an elevator which runs from the second floor to the basement level where there is additional storage for each apartment.
All exterior doors are locked to provide security. An emergency pull cord system is monitored 24 hours and is located in each bedroom and bathroom.

The Apartments at 69 Main St. are located in the heart of the Village of Stamford in an historic Victorian building that is adjacent to the Catskill Scenic Trail. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, as well as Headwaters Trails which are over thirty miles of multi-use trails. Several of the Village’s parks are within walking distance.
Both one- and two-bedroom apartments are available. On-site parking is available, as is plenty of off-street parking in the Village parking lots nearby.

Grand Gorge Apartments
Grand Gorge Apartments are in the hamlet of Grand Gorge in the old school on State Highway 30. The Grand Gorge Apartments provide safe and affordable housing to persons with disabilities, the handicapped, and to senior citizens 62 years of age or older.
There are twenty one-bedroom and three two-bedroom unfurnished apartments. Each is complete with a kitchen, living room-dining room combination, and bathroom. Each bedroom and bathroom is equipped with pull cords that are monitored 24- hours per day for added tenant safety.
Amenities include ample off-street parking, an on-site coin-operated laundry facility, and a community room. A regularly scheduled bus picks up tenants to go shopping every week and alternates between Albany and Kingston, along with local shopping. The Senior Meal Site is adjacent to the apartments, providing nutritious and delicious meals daily, Monday through Friday.
