Community Development Block Grant Manufactured Home Replacement Program
Schoharie County Project # 1142MH302-23
CDBG Manufactured Home Replacement program is for residents who live in, and pay taxes to, the southern Schoharie County towns of Blenheim, Broome, Conesville, Gilboa, Fulton, Jefferson, and Summit.
Participant Eligibility:
- Individual must own and occupy the residential unit and the land it is sited on as a primary residence within Schoharie County.
- Total household income must be at or below 80% of the County Median Income.
- Manufactured homes can not be in a Manufactured Home Park.
