CDBG mobile home replacement program is for residents who live in, and pay taxes to, the Town of Summit.
Participant Eligibility:
- Individual must occupy the residential unit as a primary residence within the Town of Summit.
- Total household income must be at or below 80% of the County Median Income.
- Mobile homes can not be in a Mobile Home Park
