CDBG Housing Rehabilitation program is for homeowners who live in, and pay taxes to, the Town of Kortright in Delaware County NY.
Work to be completed is for health and safety issues only. Manufactured Homes are not eligible for this funding.
Participant Eligibility:
- Individual must own and occupy the residential unit as a primary residence within the Town of Kortright.
- Total household income must be at or below 80% of the County Median Income.
